I have talked to some about the break being over... For IWS to be what it was when we started the break we will need to stay on break a lot longer, if you too impatient then I guess you might need to go find a life to live while this site's staff tries to stabilize their own.

If you are just gonna piss yourself over not being able to efed RIGHT NOW, then those two places are cool in my opinion.
Returning...
One things is I refuse to type the entire show, I refuse to have my inbox say { "Yeah I want my character to do this and this and this.} I have to type matches an various staff segments do I really need to type YOUR character's segments so YOUR character can look "good"?
Second Off, I refuse to add anyone to staff as an admin that can NOT do One type up a match for PPVs, Two keep the shows interactive by getting segments going, storylines, ect. Three IF you can not help me book a damn card then guess what you not admin!
Staff openings will ONLY consist of Match writers and you get ONE strike. (that means you get one chance to get an assigned match in on time or you are stripped of the privilege)
EVERYONE counts as a damn creative team, it's called communication. You want something to happen tell a damn match writer and POOF the match writer will tell an Admin/booker.
I respect everyone as a human being please do me the honor and respect me back. I am not a robot, I am not God, I am not Jesus F'n Christ so do not put all the weight on top of me. I have a very hectic and stressful live and I believe I am not the only person with that issue. If you can't understand how doing everyone's creative planning, and my own, booking the card, typing out the matches, and pulling teeth to get members motivated doesn't stress me out then just go start your own efed.
The last thing about returning is some things will be disappearing like a few titles from what I been told. There will no longer be Members of the Month is will be Member. Like before this goes to a person that ROLE PLAYS ON TIME, TYPES SEGMENTS, TYPES MATCHES.... ANYTHING that makes Staff feel like you helped them in ANY way is how you become member of the month.
So... now that all that is Who is ready to return RIGHT NOW?
I just want some feedback because if everyone wants a right now type of deal then I have to call a meeting with Dax and Sophie and play ref till everyone decides we have a direction to stir this thing in.
