:~Background Story~:

(LJ) Rabbit was one of Alejandro's first friend's that really believed in him. He turned his back on him because he had to. That environment was dangerous the fact his own brother is quite a lunatic did not speak volumes for Rabbit's company. Not to mention the fact he was nice to Josie Pleasure? Ha! Alejandro still feels somewhat responsible for not saving his buddy like he promised to. He takes a trip to his family, to gain some perspective, his mother (while adopted) praises him every chance she gets. His eldest sister fawns over how beautiful her baby brother is and how talented he is to be the eXtinction champion. Everyone is cautious not to mention Rabbit or ask if he is scared to face Raven Trueblood. All in all the visit proved to "The Primo" that all he really has is himself, something nobody else has cared to look for. Rabbit is gone now, so what type of people are left to really dig down in there to the heart of people? Not Primo how can you save what does not want saved? That was where his friend had a downfall. If Raven Trueblood is anything like Rabbit used to testify about and never lost faith in, than he will also be like Rabbit. Bashing his head off the wall to be the good guy, doing everything he can to save the world from itself. We're all mad here after all, the Insane Wrestling Society. We all left our families, our homes, our pain and pleasure to come here. We signed our lives away to be here, Primo is a champion here, and at home Alejandro is just the baby everyone coddles.

The scene opens up with Primo in sunglasses, his chin is scruffy rather than clean shavin like usual. He smiles his teeth are near perfect white and straight. He has been emotional over some things in personal life, but when the FEDs came in and told him he would never see his family again if he wants to stay in the IWS it nearly broke him as a man. This eXtinction title means so much to The Primo it is not just that, but being in IWS means a lot to him. At home he is only something to his family, but here he is something to them and so many more people. This is a sacrifice that The Primo is making. This is something his friend Rabbit taught him. Now he must face Raven Trueblood, Rabbit's mentor and good friend. The eXtinction title being on the line. This is a test. For both of them.

Primo feels challenged by Raven now that IWS has had to move to the desert Dax Clark has said things will change. The eXtinction championship along with the rest of the championships like usual will play a big part of it. Everyone wants to have some power around here, everyone wants to have bragging rights to the rest. Deep down Raven Trueblood is the same, having ambitions and the desire to make people proud or prove them wrong in some form. The Primo wants to push him, he wants him pushed to the edge like he never has been before. Why would Primo want to do this? Is he suicidal? Perhaps... but it is because Primo is the eXtinction champion and a champion pushes people because he Or she is the best. What type of champion would Primo be if he did not poke at the man that defeated Josie Pleasure and Jerrick Hadrian to get this spot.
